At Premium SL Shades, we value your trust and are committed to providing a safe and satisfactory shopping experience. This Privacy & Return Policy explains how we handle your orders, payments, and returns.

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan. You can place your order and pay the total amount to the delivery rider upon receiving your parcel.

2. Order Inspection Upon Delivery

When the delivery rider arrives with your parcel:

You have the right to open the parcel in front of the rider.


3. Defective or Broken Products

If you find that the product is broken or has a manufacturing defect upon opening:

Immediately contact our Customer Support via the owner’s number provided with your order.

Clearly explain the issue and provide proof (photos/videos).


If the reason is valid, we will arrange for a replacement or return at no extra cost.

4. No Return After Acceptance

Once you have checked the product, made the payment, and accepted the parcel:

Returns will not be accepted afterward.

Please ensure you inspect the product at the time of delivery.
